They both go above and beyond with such a friendly yet casual way to make me feel at home. I don’t meet the guys behind the scenes but I know they have done great work to my pick up and appreciate all they do. I’m willing to make the trip off cape just to get this incredible service.
Went to buy a new truck talked to Vito Umbro he was very pleasant and professional he listened to all of my questions never was impatient he showed me a few trucks until I decided which one I wanted he worked out all the details. I would recommend Colonial Ford to anyone just had my oil changed and inspection sticker staff there are truly professional and knowledgeable wouldn’t bring my truck anywhere else

The first time I went here, I had originally taken my car to a different shop. It was making a front end noise. The shop claimed they could not hear it or replicate the noise I was describing even though I could clearly hear it. It needed to be fixed so I brought it to colonial. The mechanic took his time and searched very thoroughly. He agreed he was hearing something, took me for a ride around the parking lot to confirm that was what I was talking about. He explained to me what it could possibly be... he was right because he fixed the part and the noise was gone. I was so grateful that he took the time to do that rather than just send me away and make the problem worse and more expensive. Problem was fixed same day within an hour or two.
A few months later, my check engine light came on. They took me in right away. I will say it took longer than I expected it to, as it was just a battery and my O2 sensor. But my car always comes out driving smooth and brand new again.
Horrible Experience!! Ordered a custom Bronco Raptor in March 2022 - signed a purchase contract and put down a nice deposit - waited almost 2 years for it to be built and ship - during the 2 year wait - received many updates from Ford Motor Company direct about the build status - did not hear from Colonial Ford one time during the wait - truck finally comes in Dec 2023 and Colonial Ford raises the price $25K - when I tell them I expect them to honor the signed purchase contract, they laugh at me and then stop returning calls/emails - bait and switch scammers with little integrity- even still waiting for my deposit back from 2 years ago
This place is amazing- kudos to the Service Department- Anthony , a service writer made my year after I needed to be DOT certified. Anthony walked me through this and took care of certifying my van enabling me continue my dream of providing travel to people with disabilities. See Anthony for prompt service and taking great care of your car or truck. I only wish I owned more Fords.
I had my oil change and tire rotation and a multi point inspection. They checked everything they did a nice job and also washed and vacuum my vehicle. I was very happy Anthony and Danielle do a good job and a service department.
Picked up Bronco 1/12/2023. We are still working to get problems resolved. Ongoing registration and inspection problems. Damage to vehicle upon delivery. It has been to the dealership for multiple days multiple times. Nothing was resolved. The vehicle still has defects in the paint on two fenders from transportation. This was supposed to be corrected during the return visits. The car sat in the lot and no work was done after they ensured us everything was corrected. We requested no dealer stickers be put on the vehicle. They still put them on and did not remove them when we requested so. They used a paint pen to attempt to cover up the problems. It is completely unacceptable. We waited 22 months and paid over MSRP for what? We will not stop until these problems are resolved correctly.
Absolute disaster of a dealership. They do not answer the phone when you call. The 1st time I brought my truck in for service they lost my keys. The second time they left my truck out back unlocked for the public to have access to all of my personal belongings and this last time they told me my truck would be upfront with the keys locked inside for me to pick up after hours. I got there and it was outback without my keys. I had to uber to work the next day and then they proceeded to drop my vehicle off at the wrong address with text proof. I do not recommend bringing your car in for any service at this location.
